I could not help but think about how amazing God is after coming home tonight from dinner with a group of wonderful ladies!
All of our lives look very different from each other but every one of us has a story.
My story includes never having dinner with a large group of ladies before tonight because I was different.
Satan would whisper, “You don’t fit in with those ladies! Just say you are sick and stay home. Make an excuse because you are not interesting enough. They will Not want to talk to you!”
I felt like the oddball out. It was not because of God. It was Satan.
God wanted me to have a group of ladies to love life with. I had just listened to Satan way too long that “I did not fit in, I was too different, and that I was an outcast.”
Lies! Lies! Lies!
No matter what we go through in life, we must keep encouraging each other that every promise from God is ours to claim. We must never believe what Satan whispers. There is always hope when we look to the cross. No matter what any of you are facing tonight, do not believe Satan’s lies. Jesus is our Lord!
Let us continue to love and encourage each other until we are rescued by our perfect Groom, Jesus Christ. We do not know the day or hour of Christ’s return, but we do know that it will come. Praise God that each day brings us closer to that glorious moment!
